Facial booking & cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Thank you for helping us provide every guest with thoughtful, personalized care.
Booking deposit
A $50 deposit secures your facial appointment and is applied toward your service total.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With sufficient notice, your deposit will be refunded for a cancellation or transferred to your new appointment.
Late changes & missed appointments
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours, and missed appointments, result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit. This is the entire cancellation fee. A new deposit is required to book again.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment. If we cannot proceed, the cancellation policy applies.
If we need to cancel
If STĀ needs to cancel your appointment, you may choose a full deposit refund or transfer to a new appointment.
